Denver Squid welcomes all individuals over the age of 18 years regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. Beginners and visitors are welcomed! Our primary training location is the Carmody Recreation Center in Lakewood located 15 minutes east of downtown Denver.

Our goal is to showcase Denver's vibrant LGBTQ+ sports scene, rich culture, and diverse arts, illustrating how the city can "Change the World" by hosting Gay Games XIII in 2030.
IGLA+ is the world’s foremost international organization solely devoted to developing and promoting swimming, water polo, diving, and artistic swimming amongst the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies.
Denver Indoor Pools has purchased a 5.6 acre site on Dec 22, 2022. DIP aims to build a future aquatics center for Denver and a future home for Denver Squid off I-70 and Chamber Road
